I tired different stuff, but didn't want to "waste" resources. I found some of them like silver (51 is dividable by 3), and I head the Idea for "The Enemy", and others. But I didn't know which colors, order of them, or specific units need to be colored. Looks like it is more generic, and I overthought it.

I expected a hint/puzzle at certain progress.

Are there any hints for Tier 3 unknown color combinations in the game?
